Hi everyone.
Tell me what you think about that:
If I put the back of my tongue on the roof of my mouth either by cheesy smile + swallow or by manually putting it (hard mewing) my chin gets nice and flat and it feels all good...until I need to breath. My airways being blocked I need a little effort to breath, doing so creates a bulge under my chin. It disappears when I swallow. But instantly reappears as I'm constantly breathing. (Through my nose obviously).
Mewing (all good)-breath (bulge) - swallow: repeat
Breathing is noisy by the way, I hear all my breathing same for those who are standing close to me.
it's because your tongue is too far forward in the palate which causes the muscles underneath to hypertrophy. slide the tongue right back until the tip is touching the part of the palate where it curves forward.
what you're doing now is pushing forward id imagine
