I've been mewing for around an year now. BUT sadly, I regret it so much. My tongue has almost always been touching my upper teeth, maybe only slightly, but nevertheless it probably had an impact on me. Even when I try to new with the tongue in the back of my mouth, it automatically slides and almost always touches the back of my upper teeth.
I've noticed that my lower front teeth (like 6 at the front - in the middle) became crooked. The most frontal lower tooth is the most ahead, then tho one on his left and one one his right is slightly behind, and the one behind each is also slightly behind.
Like this:

(Of course it's not that bad).
Other than that, my teeth are generally fine. Except for the two upper at the very front where one of them is the different size (a little - just a little) longer than the other.
Could this have been caused by mewing - or, shall we say, my BAD mewing? I've never really pushed very hard with my tongue onto the teeth, thought. But still.
What do you think? Any input is much more than welcome as I'm kinda freaking out here ;D.
