Can people with not enough tongue space roll the tip of the tongue in?

I don’t have enough tongue space, and the suction hold doesnt let me breathe so all i can do is to roll the tip in.
Like this (black parts):

Green is what it would be like if not rolled. Would mewing like this(rolled) until there is space cause any harm/ bad effect? Or is it ok?
