I really want to get this done but i dont know what the end results will be, there aren't many pictures on the net and the cut they make is so close to the infraorbital that i fear blindness might be a risk

I have searched up and down all over the place but I can’t find before and afters of zygomatic osteotomy
all I see are implant before and afters which is not what I m aiming for
i read Some blog reports that zygomatic sandwich osteotomy doesn’t really enhance the malar bone laterally and only enhances the lower cheeks which gives an a feminine appearance instead of the full high bulging male model cheekbones

The reason you can't find anything that's not implants is because of how hard that procedure is. The only surgeon I've heard of who does a "Malar Osteotomy" is Wolfe in Miami. I believe he's stated he's done it, but email him yourself. If you can afford it, in consultation surgeons show way more before and afters than online because most patients don't want their results online. If you do find anything update it in this topic
