I was mewing for 1 years and my face not improwed mewing should aply presure on the face and i feal no presure in my face i was lucky and i put my tongue random position and i felt my lower teeth mandible pushing themselves and i was getin gag reflexs my lips and mentalis muscle was moving themselves but i can get this feeling how can i get this feling the back of the tongue i gues there is a sing word to get your tongue good place but its not work fot me i felt nothing i am to desperete anyone knows how to get proper tongue posterie i reading guides but still no feling.
