I've been chewing mastic gum for about 2 wks now and I've notice some pretty decent results. However, I've noticed side effects like severe bloating and some gas when I chew. Anyone else have the side effects as well? I really don't want this to hold me back as I feel chewing mastic gum has been more effective than hard mewing.
@darkindigo what are your views of mewing, and your views on proper oral posture. Do you believe regular oral posture is different from mewing in any way?
