When i get the posterior 3rd of the tongue pushing on the roof of my mouth, my head seems to be pushed upwards too. Does that mean it's the right place for my head to be? It's easier to mew this way, so i assume it must be, but i'm not sure yet.
Yes, when you have good tongue posture it acts as head support. You can see this in the McKenzie Chin Tuck, which you are unintentionally doing right now.

Amazing, thanks for acknowledging it for me.
I can't understand sarcasm, but what I was trying to say is that when you do a McKenzie Chin Tuck your tongue reaches back which gives the head support you're experiencing.
remember the tip of your tongue should touch the incisive papilla.
YES IT'S CORRECT

I wasn't being sarcastic, just wanted to make sure if i was doing it right. What i'm experiencing is that my jaw gets pushed upwards, when i engage my posterior 3rd part of the tongue, but when you do a mckenzie chin tuck it's the exact opposite, trying to get as many double chins as possible. That made me question if i was doing it right.
And the tip of my tongue ins't on the incisive papilla, but a little more to the right, since my upper jaw is uneven.
