Could masseter asymmetry affect eye symmetry?

My left masseter is noticeably larger than my right, most certainly because I've subconsciously favored that side for chewing for as long as I can remember. I'm trying to consciously correct it now. Anyway, I also have another noticeable asymmetry: I have slightly more upper eyelid show on my right eye than my left. When looking straight ahead, my left lid is completely covered by my brow bone, whereas the right one is slightly visible. I think it might actually be that my left eye is slightly higher than my right. I also think my left cheekbone might be slightly higher.

Could it perhaps be the case that the larger masseter muscle - the left one - has been exerting more upward pressure on my left cheekbone than my right one exerts on the right cheekbone? And that over time, this extra vertical force has resulted in my left cheekbone being slightly higher, with the added result that my left eye is slightly higher as well?

Oh wow, I have exactly the same asymmetry!

Including the masseters? The brow asymmetry I think is very common - I see it a lot, even in model types.

Yes, especially the masseters! I've been chewing on the right side for years. As the result, my right masseter is much bigger than the left one. Also I have no upper eyelid exposure in my right eye. But I do have it in my left eye. My right side of the face looks so much better. I'm currently chewing lots of gum using my left side now, haven't seen much improvement yet, but hopefully this will change soon.

Yep - all related. I would just live with it. Asymmetries are common. Usually the older you are, the more weird looking we all become. Own it!

I believe this. My eyes are asymmetric as well, with one side being less sunken and better hooded, overall just more aesthetically pleasing. And that's also the side I happen to chew mostly on.

Mastication (or chewing) doesn't just use the masseters alone, it activates the temporalis muscle and the pterygoid muscle, and as most users her know already, muscle usage is related to bone growth.

I'm not doing any specific exercises for masseter strength. I'm instead just training both sides evenly, and the asymmetric strength should theoretically even out over time. It could also be that you don't even need bone growth to improve the eye area either, and that the muscles becoming stronger can stretch the skin/eyelids and such, but I'm just theorizing at this point.
