Some months ago Dr. Mew posted this tongue chewing method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNocCJNicrc . In two words for those who dont know it, it is chewing gum with the tongue by smashing the gum on the palate till it goes flat  and then again. Mew says he felt his palate widen in 45 minutes of doing this, which I believe are pretty big words, for someone who usually gives much longer time periods for results to appear. So my question is, does anyone do this since the video was posted or in general has anyone who does it seen some more visible results thanks to it?

It should be a really helpful addition to regular Mewing. I have not bothered to use gum at all - it seems redundant. Instead I use the tongue to massage & rub the palate directly in similar manner as what Mew suggests. I push HARD and simultaneously roll the whole surface area of the tongue all around the palate, the sides, the back, the front. It's extremely intense, opens up the sinuses and usually causes me to break a light sweat almost instantly, which probably is due to some kind of nervous system stimulation .
