I have been mewing for a year now and seen great results in bone change. I swallow the right way not touching my teeth and not using my facial muscles. But altought my face looks better my teeth dont seem to change at all. I still have a crooked central incisor and a gap between my central and lateral incisor. Could this be corrected by mewing in the long time or not? Im 17 male
