Does mewing correct wisdom teeth problems?

sup guys, been mewing for about 2 days now. Since I am below 21, I believe I have a pretty good chance at the correct development of the face and because of this, the area near both of my wisdom teeth have started to hurt consistently after a day. My left side is a bit better developed and a part of my wisdom tooth is out, it also hurts more. I can't see the wisdom tooth from the right though, nor does it hurt as much. It hurts when I place the back of the tongue on the palate. Is hurting a good thing?

And also after how much time will I be able to breathe even with the back of the tongue in place? If I could breathe while mewing, the work would be a lot easier.

I was able to breathe after a month but I am not heavily affected. The thing that helped me most was a comment by Mew in a video saying that the difference between blocking and not-blocking is actually very subtle, and he suggested to practice those two positions back and forth.

This is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2vqxBkRoXI

I've been mewing properly for 1.5 months and managed to push out both of my upper wisdom teeth. Not completely, yet. I'm 18 btw and also had braces when I was younger.

very good results, also about the breathing, do you manage to breathe while mewing after 1.5 months? it's extremely difficult to keep it because I can't breathe

If you continue mewing consistently, you should start to free up enough space such that you won't experience as much pain from your wisdom teeth. The thing about wisdom teeth is virtually everyone should be able to comfortably house all four of them in their mouth, it's only since the advent of modern dietary/postural habits that we've seen such narrow palates which fund the wisdom teeth removal industry. Some people have reported a whopping 1 mm change per week while mewing properly, I'm sure if you keep this up your wisdom teeth will have plenty of room to grow in without pain.

I can breathe properly when I use suction hold, but I probably don't lift the posterior third of the tongue. When I do hard mewing (really pushing), I can't breathe and therefore use it as exercise only.

I know it's offtopic but since you replied may I also ask how to perfect the tongue sweep? Maybe it's hard to do it because of the tongue muscles, I know mike said that it is like a wave motion, but the only wave motion I can do is when swallowing (it's subconscious)

Do you recommend hard mewing? I can now get the "g" position really good but don't know if I should really push with a bit more force. I heard that hard mewers gain faster progress

Wow, that's exciting. My son is 15, got his braces off last year, is wearing retainers at night--and was just advised to have his wisdom teeth extracted. Did you make these changes while still using retainers? Do you have any suggestions based on your experience?

Retainers cannot be used while holding proper tongue posture. I think because the retainer is an unnecessary counter-force which is holding the palate from expanding. I don't think I've heard that mewing can get you any results while wearing a retainer.

maybe with fixed retainers you can
