I found this website that claim to alinge the Sphenoid bone and aslo would adjust full body.

Here she claim that this can be an alternative of NCR treatment:  http://www.ehealing.us/sos.html

It's cheaper than NCR treatment. But I am not how effective this kind of treatment can be.

Do u think it's a scam or something.

Hm, I'm never one for saying something is an outright scam, but mentioning that they can do it over the phone is a huge red flag for me. If it wasn't for that, I would have said if it's not expensive, this person is trained, and it's similar to craniosacral massage, they might actually be knowledgeable in what to feel for to recognize shifts and releases. BUT! I'd err on the side caution for this one, and say there are better ways to experiment with therapies.

The on-hands temple technique they describe sounds a lot like an exercise that we've already discussed here as a main way to manipulate the sphenoid bone exteriorly. They just seem to be doing lighter pressure much in the way of craniosacral manipulation and adding energy work on top of it, claiming that the energy work is what is moving the sphenoid. I personally have felt interesting sensations doing that temple-pressure exercise on its own.

I'm pretty new agey and believe in energy work, but I don't pay for it. And I feel like this site is taking advantage.

Here's my post from a while ago in one of the sphenoid threads, with links to a couple exercises: /community/community/main-forum/another-way-to-adjust-the-sphenoid/#post-2492

What I will say, having experienced endonasal release, is that the balloon inflation creates an instant and intense difference (for me, anyway). The self-administered exercises feel very subtle, compared. But I still believe that the self-administered exercises do help, they might just take longer, and you might not get as much of a result.
