Can Mewing potentially change the shape of the Neurocranium ?

I really do not think so, As I have seen many good looking people with substantial horizontal facial growth that still have a very distinctive neurocranium curve, that gives them a ‘wimp’ side profile look compared to a warrior ‘side’ profile look.

Even seeing people that have had really good results with mewing, the neutocranium has not really changed at all.

However the forehead size can substantially change as the maxilla gets pushed up and forward over time, making the overall size look smaller from the frontal view.

I am more than sure it is genetic, but I am open to be proven wrong.

To my understanding, maxillary sutures are not the only sites that can be growth-deficient in a dystrophied skull. Moreover, it's unlikely that you would be able to influence the shape and size of one cranial bone without ending up restructuring the whole cranium in the process... somewhat similar to how you can't blow air to a certain part of a balloon without expanding the whole balloon. Many people with CFD should expect changes to the whole cranium as they keep improving their posture. Here is for example how much my whole neurocranium has changed along the years:
