I've been holding on and off through out yesterday and today my head in a chin tuck. What I have noticed is that there is now loose skin in my submental region. Is this a normal effect? If so, is it permanent? I suspect that forward growth could help me get rid of it. Thanks.
yeah skin can get tigther in that area it's a good sign
but keep in mind Mike Mew said it himself don't do it to much do it often through the day but not full time ore too much!
