Hello everyone, I am 30 years old boy with retrognatic maxilla and mandible, skeletal class II malocclusion and upper teeth tilted backwards.
There is still a way to correct these problems without resorting to surgery?
I live in Italy
My only guess would be Agga but im not sure its available there, imo you should get surgery one that only moves the upper jaw. If a surgeon wants to retract the lower always say no. Go for counter clock wise rotation
