I have been mewing for probably about a month or more now trying to incorporate more techniques, such as correct posture, into my routine, and I've noticed some pretty notable results, particularly in my cheekbones more than anything else. While these cheekbone changes are great and make me look better, I begun mewing in hopes for a more profound chin, and although I've seen some results chin wise, it's not nearly as notable as the growth in my cheekbones.
Is there any way to accelerate my chin growth? What is causing my cheekbones to become so profound so quickly vs my chin barely making any progress at all?
Palate widening pushes on the zygos, so essentially your tongue pushes your cheekbones sideways making them more prominent.
Chin growth isn't really chin growth per se but more your mandible swinging upwards toward your face, which pushes the soft tissue out away from the bone (this also makes the fold on the lower lip more pronounced).
This mandibular upswing however is probably one of the last things to happen. First the palate expands to accommodate the tongue. Then as the tongue makes its way more and more into your palate, it pushes it up. But you first have to widen it to let the tongue fit properly. So you are just in the widening stage now.
Have you taken your Mew indicator line score? Watching this decrease surely means your maxilla (and thus mandible) are moving upwards and forward.

I haven't taken my Mew indicator line score, however, it is important to note that I have made interesting progress with my chin since I've made that post. I believe the day after I made it, I would notice every time I yawned, my chin would crack and now, almost every time I open my mouth after mewing for at least a minute or two, the chin will crack. I don't know what this indicates, but the cracks in my chin usually feel good and rarely, I'll experience a sharp, short feeling of pain from doing this, but this quickly subsides and makes it feel more rewarding than anything.
It's also important to note that I believe my palate is actually large enough to handle the majority of my tongue. I think this is due in part to the fact that I never practiced improper swallowing and the only reason for the recession in my chin is my constant mouth-breathing over the years.
