Feeling it in the cheekbones when I chew with incisors.

I have always chewed with my back molars but today I decided to eat my food with incisors and a little premolars only. While chewing this way my cheekbones were aching and even my ramus was feeling a little bit of it. What could this aching mean? I certainly have never chewed this way before.

@harrykanemaxilla Have you continued chewing this way? And have you seen any positive results from doing so?

@loliboly

I have been on and off with this technique. I certainly recommend chewing this way if you have a class 2 division 2 bite like me as you are no longer pushing the maxillary molars and rammus up. I am going to only chew this way from now on and I will update the results.
