This problem happened before, and it's happening again. It's so annoying. When i try to get the back third of my tongue on my palate, fluid starts to get produced, and I have to swallow every time. Any solution?
Learning the tongue sweep helped me swallow excess saliva easily: keep the posterior third of the tongue up, but bring down just the front of the tongue and sweep up the fluid from the bottom of the mouth - then do the push-swallow.
