Okay, I started mewing in June. 3 weeks ago I got afraid I'd lose what I already have (People say I really am attractive and I get positive comments everywhere I go) and I stopped mewing. Next day I tried to keep my tongue on the bottom, when I swallowed my spit (because I was aware of my tongue and tried to keep it down there), my tongue responded with a lot of force applied on palate. This went on like this for 3 weeks.
So my tongue applied too much pressure on palate and my palate hurts. I feel some pressure on my cheekbones, sinus cavities (under my cheekbones and between my brows) have an aching feeling. How to swallow correctly? I tried to put my tongue back on the roof and when I swallow it still puts too much pressure. I guess I forgot how to swallow at all.
When I swallow I hear the sound of my tongue hitting my palate. Do you also hear this? (clash sound)
Step 1: Use the tongue sweep.
Step 2: Get the tip of your tongue onto the incisive papillae.
Step 3: Swallow and whilst doing that raise the back of your tongue, which gets it to the roof of the mouth.
