I didn't realize that I didn't make the point: it's like two bulging things that are "doublechin like" and interrupt the look of the jaw, that's why i was wondering

When are they tense or tight? Is it when you put yourself in the position as seen in the photo?

Actually i just need to hard mew and they come out like some muscles contracting, but i studied some anatomy and i didn't find what muscle could bulge out in that location

I notice this happening too. I think it is the muscle lifting up the throat which in turn will lift up the tongue.

As far as I can tell they are called digastric muscles.

I imagine their appearance will lessen as the jaw moves forward.

- Mewing for 6+ months
- IMW: 35mm (no expansion)
- Sleep on the floor without a pillow
- Tape mouth at night
- Continue to emphasise chin-tuck/occipital drive for extended periods
- Chew Mastic Tears for 1 hour every other day
