Help me understand the difference between cheeks on these 2 faces

What muscles/bones make the difference? Why is the cheek area of the first guy much more protruding?

At first I thought he simply has strong zygomaticus muscles but it also looks like it might be levator labii superioris alaeque nasi? It looks really pronounced in the picture below.

Just wondering, do you find the upper cheek area to be protruding a good feature? I have very prominent upper cheeks when smiling, and it doesen't seem to be related to body fat or the buccinator muscles. I noticed a lot of attractive people have this:

I think its at least partially related to the zygomatic bones, but not everyone with good zygos have it.
