Sounds like you are on the right track:

1) It's common for the teeth to ache during mewing: your palate is expanding and your occlusion changing.

2) Your nasal bone will indeed gain forward projection during the process.

3) Outer U tends to decrease in downward height and increase in forward projection. Has your side view improved?

My outer U has decreased a little in height, and actually decreased in forward projection, honestly don't know how since i dont mouth breath. I don't really like the idea behind my nasal bone being pushed more out, since it just makes my nose look bigger, Can there be something done to prevent it, or do i just have to go with it?

Your nose will not necessarily look bigger, since the rest of the face is going to be shifting forward too. It's hard to say what is happening with your outer U without seeing pics. What is your occlusion type / jaw class?

My occlusion seems to be a class 1 malocclusion
