Is it correct that mewing over time helps the lower jaw move forward? In the sense that once the maxilla rotates and moves forward the mandible follows? I feel my lower jaw is slightly set back, with a slight double chin and I want to address it.

As stated in my initial post, I mew, jawzrsize, face pull and use a posture brace, anything else?

Thanks

the lower jaw can only expand as much of the upper jaw. if your lower jaw seems smaller its because it hasnt upswinged because of lack of upper jaw growth. so all you can do is mew, procline the upper teeth, get an appliance if appropiate, and most importantly chin tuck aka fix forward head posture and if u combine that with mewing good thjings will happen
