Since mewing (correct tongue posture) produces results over a long period of time by a matter of millimeters, or even less, I think taking pictures is the wrong way of measuring progress. If the back is slightly straighter, if the muscles are slightly more relaxed, if the lighting is better, if the face is slightly towards the camera or looking slightly up or down, this can produce the illusion of at least a millimeter of improvement.
Instead of relying on taking photos, I think it would be best to identify which parts of the face to measure, and make an accurate and simple method of measuring them.
Parts of the face to measure may include:
With each part of the face to be measured, there should be a straightforward and easy way to measure it, ensuring precise and accurate measurements.
There’s a good reason for collecting all these measurements instead of just looking at and comparing pictures. Not only are improvements more reliable, but I think by comparing ratios of each part of the face, an understanding of what is truly harmonic and proportionate to each individual face, will be recognised.
Then a more attractive face for each person will be attained more easily by seeing exactly which parts of the face need improving.
