Hey guys,

So I am going to be doing the Palate Expander + Facemask and I'm very handy so I want to save thousands of dollars and DIY it myself.

What is the exact process to mold a retainer to my mouth with the Impression Kit I will be purchasing with it? I still have a mold of my mouth from when I had orthodontic work done but I believe my mouth has changed from my year of mewing.

EDIT: I was also wondering what you guys think about this palate expander & whether I should go with a different one. I would like one with two points of expansion so that I can adjust how much I want the back and front of the maxilla to expand (I need more intercanine width)  

I will be purchasing this expander but the expansion only appears to be lateral. You can order an impression kit on etsy for around 10 bucks and send that to bracesshop
