I have a permanent (cemented) retainer on my bottom teeth and am supposed to wear a removeable retainer on my top teeth when sleeping, I mew all day and then go to sleep just to end up breathing through my mouth when falling asleep, possibly reversing all of my mewing progress, what do I do?
I don't know how I'm going to convice my orthodontist to give me a palate expander and remove my bottom retainer
