I have been researching about MSE and palate expansion. Ideally i would want MSE but providers aren't availbe in my country and closest one is in Italy. I am thinking about Hyrax RPE.

From this study, MSE has 50% more expansion or hyras has 33% less, depends how you look at it. Main difference is that MSE is better in every regard and also splits most sutures while suture splitting is rare with Hyrax.
I am thinking if it's worth it getting Hyrax anyway. Does anyone have experience with Hyrax RPE?
