hello guys, i am 16 years old and i started mewing a month ago.
since i heard about how i should move my food around with my tongue and not the cheeks i have been trying to achieve that but i cant seem to do it right, do u guys have any tips for me? some kind of method to improve it?

can you move your tongue to every tooth in your smile? if not then you have a tongue tie which would explain it
i can, and its not that i find it hard like the way u think ( you probably think im unable to or something) its just that my cheeks are still moving alot.
It could be that your palate is narrow. If it's the case be patient with mewing and your palate will expand creating more room for your tongue.

Mike described tongue pushups and tongue chewing as exercises to strengthen the tongue. It will help you with issues like these. Also, make proper swallowing (via the tongue) a habit if you already haven't.
Hard mewing is said to increase tongue strength as well but since it's a high reward-high risk technique, I wouldn't recommend it to you as you are a teen still and not an adult.

i do tongue chewing like 3-2 times a week and i think i already mastered the mew push swallow already i can do it easily but still not unconsciously
