I used to put the whole tongue on the roof of the mouth, I had palatal expansion while kid so I can fit the whole tongue in the palate without issues but maybe the tip of my tongue were too much behind. I mewed not touching at all my front teeth but with tongue's tip on the incisive papilla (as Dr. Mew said) but in this way I didn't give any support to my upper incisors so I think forces from my lips pushed my teeths inwards. I think correct mewing is yes, tongue on the roof of the palate but with tip of the tongue slightly touching upper teeth (not pressing against, just softly supporting like this Dr. Hang pic: https://imgur.com/a/lMQQMmv ).
What do you think about?
How long have you been mewing? Did you notice any other changes or improvements?

is about 8 years and no, I didn't see any chance except fo inwards upper teeth (and no, I don't have class II division 2)
8 years! Where did you learn about it? Was it part of your expansion treatment to learn how to mew?

Did you merely rest your tongue on palate or actively push it against it?
