Most have a problem with blocking the airways when lifting the rear third.
I noticed one feature, up to this time I raised the back third and tried to press it to the soft palate pushing the tongue up thereby lifting the palatine curtain, but if you try to first slightly press the tongue with the back third to the palate and then pull the tongue back with the root (without the vector up), the head is easily aligned, and the neck muscles tense, while I can breathe calmly.
