Is it normal that I'm feeling pressure in my jaw when I'm doing the proper tongue posture?

I've started to correct my tongue posture for two days now, because my tongue isn't resting at the bottom nor at the top, in fact it's in the middle (and my mouth is often open). The thing is that I'm feeling a pressure in my jaw (more in the lower back than in the upper actually) when I'm trying to do the exercise. I've got a very long tongue, so it might be the cause (I can touch my nose with it). But is it normal that I'm feeling it?

Thanks by advance.
