How is even possible to measure facial development? I dont think mew indicator is a good way. The ideal range for woman is 36 to 38mm and 38 to 40mm for man. My mother who has a small button nose with 0 teeth rowding has 40mm but she has a bigger skull than most woman. She has an upturned button nose. I have a large skull with upturned nose as well and I have 49mm mew indicator. So if I wouldnt have upturned nose I would have get maybe 45mm. How should we measure facedevelopment?

I explain this all the time  here. Nose shape is irrelevant to this. Why? Because these are averages based on multiple types of noses. Look at Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. Two very different nose shapes but practically the same distance from incisor to nose tip.

Why do women have shorter Mew scores? Because their teeth are shorter than men's. So don't compare yourself to your mother. The shorter teeth of a woman also make her lower third shorter than a male . Again, nose shape is irrelevant simply because while a short upturned nose may increase your score, so will a horizontally long one. The net effect is the same. Magic Johnson has a nose that is upturned and Larry Bird has a longer one that goes away from his face.

So it doesnt mean that if I have 49mm and somebody else has 45mm that he has better face development right? I would say that molar width it better measurement of face development right?

Mew indicator is simply how forward your maxilla is but does not measure facial aesthetics
