Is there anyone who made progress with the facemask/reverse pull headgear as an adult?
I know that this isn't a direct answer, but I seem to remember Ron Ead talking about how he feels very strongly that using a facemask in conjunction with MSE would indeed work. He decided not to do so due to his previous AGGA already creating enough forward placement, which would have caused him to have an overbite if he went ahead with the facemask.

I know that there's at least one Vivos DNA provider (Dr. Liao) who often prescribes that for adult patients. He seems to think it works.
