Mine has definitely decreased just from looking at photos of myself and seeing maxillary CCW rotation. I estimate something like 1-2mm judging by how much my chin had advanced . But realistically I only started measuring a few months in once I knew it was even a thing. 

I am currently at 50mm now so you being where you are is better than where I started! Comparing my profile to others (I am very recessed) I realize I am not as bad as many people. I think maxillary recession is more a rule than it is am exception . Wouldn't be surprised if your average person is 55mm or so

I ve been aware of mewing since a year +/- but I would say that I figured out how correct tongue posture truely works and feels like, 2-3 months ago. This was the time I first took measurements which were: intermolar width: 42 and mew indc line: 50mm

I remeasured today and my results were quite satisfying to me. My intermolar width is about 46mm now and my mew indicator line decreased to 45mm +/- 0.5mm

I gotta say that my tongue posture improved quite much the last month, I thought I was doing it right the whole time before but I recently realised that even more of my tongue could fit onto my palate. My whole tongue is now in contact with my palate the whole time and for the most part of the day I am hardmewing.
