Hi community,

I hope you are all doing well and continue to be healthy!

My name is Josh, I am 24 and recently discovered mewing and this reddit page. For as long as I can remember, my tongue rested on the bottom of my mouth and when I relaxed my mouth, my teeth didn't touch. When I was younger, my doctor told me that I should breathe through my nose because it is better, which I did. So I was never really a "mouth breather", which is nice I guess. However, no person ever told me that my tongue resting position is completely wrong and that this has an impact on my facial development.

Now that I explained to you my situation, I hope it is okay to ask 3 questions:

1.) In some articles, I read that mewing can always lead to results, however, that visible results take longer to get after 25 or in general the older we get. Now I saw that the majority of people that post results here are younger (16-20). Has someone made positive changes in my age?

2.) Looking at my side profile:

What changes can I expect and would you consider my current side profile "okay" or does it need a drastic change in order to be perceived as good looking?

3.) Due to an accident I had 4 months ago (during which I broke my nose), I will have a nose correction in 2 months, which includes changing the shape of the nose. Instead of having a bump (especially when I smile), it is going to be straight. When I continue to mew and see results in a few months or years, will this again change the shape of the nose? I have a clear picture of how my nose should look and don't want a good result to be changed due to the positive effects of mewing.

Thanks a lot!
