I have a class 2 malocclusion, an overbite, and my molars don't touch. My teeth are all slightly inwardly slanted, espically my top top k9s. My lower teeth are crooked and crowded. I have a long midface I feel like, and my maxilla is clockwise rotated, which I have been trying to improve through mewing.

I am considering blowing up my maxilla, and then trying to fix the misaligned teeth. However my maxilla bone structure is wider than my lower, which proposes a problem since my lower jaw can't keep up with the maxilla expansion. From my basic understanding. If I want maxilla expansion... I need to also expand the mandible somehow so I can have a proper bite.

So I have been looking into MSDO, SFOT, and AGGA. I don't know which I would need. Would MSE providers even want to give me the MSE if my maxilla is wider than my mandible???
