I've been mewing for around the last two months, and while i've noticed slight changes in my face over the period, today I notice now that the left side of my maxilla sits slight slightly higher than my right, resulting in a slightly crooked smile. Is this a bad sign I'm doing something wrong or is it the temporary malocclusion that the Mews talk about? The asymmetry is not so bad now but I'm afraid of it getting worse. The only other thing I do besides mewing is thumb facepulling.

Tbh your thumb facepulling might be contributing more to it.

When you Mew is your tongue symmetrical on your palate? Ideally if your palate is crooked already I find that it helps to put the tip of the tongue in line with the midline of your face.

Yeah, the thumb pulling might of caused it... Do you think I should go see an orthodontist/dentist and ask about this? Im worried im not going to be able to fix it... I already have slight scoliosis so im worried my face is gonna get worse...
