Hey guys,
I couldn't find a clear answer on this so I'll ask it here.
Does mewing make the nostril/lower area of the nose more symmetrical over time? I have read that the lips will be more symmetric, so I thought that the "soft" area of the nose could be too. Let me know!
The deviation in the bridge of my nose improved from around 4mm left of center to around 2mm left of center while using a removable palate expander. I also have one nostril that appears larger than the other from below. If this improved at all it was only slightly. I suspect if you are able to expand your intermolar width (with an appliance or mewing alone) you should see some improvements in symmetry.
Mewing made my nose show less nostril. I guess it would make your nose symmetrical, because you're directing your face to grow forwards.
