I desperately need my midface and jaw to lengthen when I get NCR. I already have a midface ratio that is too compact and I want to CCW rotate my maxilla with facepulling but then my midface will get ultra compact, like child-like and I am male. Is there a way to specifically use the balloons to ensure certain changes to the face? For example, specifically manipulating the balloons to change certain parts of your face. I cannot have my face getting any wider, or else it will look ridiculous / comical. There is a chance that good news can happen like these changes for instance:

NCR can relieve cranial compression, unjam bones and potentially disarticulate certain sutures. It's a procedure that mainly helps restore the balance of your skull, in case your head has undergone trauma. As such, NCR is not something with which you can strategically modify your skull according to your desires.
@progress that is what I thought sadly. I happen to have big anterior pelvic tilt (APT), do you know generally what happens to the faces when this is corrected? Do their faces become wider or longer or what?
