I'm a 25-year-old boy, I used to suck the pacifier as a child and that ruined my teeth, as you can see from the picture.
In adolescence I brought braces that were supposed to straighten my teeth, but it didn't work and now my upper teeth are retroclined and the molars are very far apart when I put the upper incisives on the top of the lower incisives.
Also I have a deep bite rather severe, with the upper teeth that cover entirely the lower ones when I put the molars in contact.
Seeing the pic, what do you think I should do to straighten my upper teeth? Could I get results with mewing or do I need specific braces? And do you think that straightening teeth can move the jaw forward a little bit?
What is your Mew line?
Also, do you feel your chin is behind your upper lip in profile? Or ahead of it?

I don't know my Mew line, my chin is ahead of my lower lip and in line with the upper lip

I feel for you man. I have no advice to give in terms of most productive or best way forward as I new to tongue posture and Mewing (1 year practice) and would leave any advice to those far more experienced than I.
reason for my comment, is: looking at your photo I recognise similarities with situation of my teeth: although, your teeth are more severely misaligned, I also have; overbite while molars are in contact, and non contact of molars and premolars when upper and lower insicers are placed on top of each other with all teeth inverted to some degree.
been consistent Mewing for little over 1 year and have definitely noticed inprovement; upper and lower insicers are far less inverted than before along with broadening of upper and lower arch: improvement I believe would not be noticeable objectively, although, I certainly feel difference with tongue from inside mouth: remains that I have a lot of tongue posture practice to work at: I would suggest to commit to tongue posture practice anyway: for sure it can only improve teeth position, tongue posture needs to become a change in lifestyle to truly receive associated benefits and is a practice which unfolds its multitude of general wellness benefits to you as one develops into the lifestyle of nose breathing and fulltime tongue posture practitioner.
best wishes.
you need to pull your back molars down
I recommend suction holding, avoiding hard mewing and chin tucking
Do you think tilting the upper incisors forward would allow my upper and lower jaw to sit a little further forward?
What you should do is keep the front teeth in contact so they get pushed forward. Over time the rest of your teeth will follow. You should focus on really keeping the back of your tongue up there and maintaining oral vacuum like the other user said. Good luck.
