i don't really know about that tbh. First thing that comes to my mind is your mandible. Would it be able to catch up with the expansion of agga plus the MSE? Also keep in mind that MSE isn't made for improving aesthetic. You can't go to your MSE ortho and tell him "hey fam i want a chad maxilla", bring oujt medical complaints, i believe it wouldn't be that hard of a thing in your case though. But also, keep your expectations concerning aesthetic  changes with the MSE moderate. It certainly does help a bit with the aesthetic but it's just one piece of the puzzle, not the whole puzzle.

A) He can opt for a bone graft transplant to the bottom arch, creatyin more space in order to catch up with the upper

B) The mandible has been clinically proven to grow on a 70 year old male, I have also seen @Progress grow his bottom arch through mewing and fixing posture, therefore I do not fully subscribe to the ides of the mandible not being able to catch up to the maxilla region as much as I did before

I don't think Progress had any sagittal growth of his maxilla. The pitch just changed, so his mandible wouldn't have to grow whatsoever. Unlike the AGGA treatment, Progress didn't do anything that would cause his maxilla to grow ahead of his mandible.

Hello,

So I've just finished FAGGA. I am now in the Controlled Arch phase. I'm wondering what might be the consequences of switching to MSE instead of Controlled Arch. I still have the FAGGA gaps, but I'm worried they might diminish without the Controlled Arch treatment. My primary reasons for wanting the MSE is for breathing difficulties which I'd like to not wait for Controlled Arch to finish because of. I'd also like to get an upswing of my maxilla, and am considering using MSE+FM in order to do so. I'm worried about complications with these being I just finished FAGGA. My other option is continue wtih Controlled Arch until finished, and while waiting for it to finish, get a turbinate reduction surgery. But if this surgery is unnecessary with MSE+FM then I'm hesitant to go this route. If MSE+FM can't help breathing difficulties associated with enlarged turbinates, then I'll definitely stick with Controlled Arch and probably do MSE+FM later on for aesthetic reasons. If anyone has any hypotheses or ideas, please let me know--thanks!

Are you happy with your FAGGA results?  I need to bring the maxilla forward and down and widen the palate.  I'm scheduled for FAGGA in August, but have been having second thoughts.  Just wondering about your experience.  I would like to check into MSE, but I haven't found any practitioners yet.

i was talking about forward expansion sorry for not being clear about that. AGGA and MSE+FM is no joke, would the lower jaw be able to remodel fast enough to avoid dislocating the TMJ? that's my concern. Yes lower jaw surgery can help if needed but some peoples want to avoid surgery at all costs...

The best OP can do is directly asking doctors...

Yes, I believe he did by correcting forward head posture. Upon correction of the atlas bone, you will typically achieve correction of the neurocranium which makes me believe other bones can be influenced and changed as well.
