By myobrace, thumb pulling, subliminals, and mewing my palate has grown from 38mm to 43.5mm! This is incredible. My face has changed, my eyes have changed, everything. I was not thumb pulling consistently, but subliminal and myobrace carried hard.

Your progress seems very impressive, something I would love to achieve as well. I started mewing about 10 days ago, also did a few rounds of thumb pulling with fascial release exercises and massages for my shoulders, neck and face, and also ordered my Myobrace today. But I've never heard about subliminals. Can you tell me more about what you do? Thanks so much.
