Why is it that some people with very narrow palates can still good muscle tone take Ana de armas and Tom Holland for example the two look to have small angular faces with a more narrow palate yet good muscle tone. Perhaps it’s because there is more pressure on the muscles making them over worked
Also why do some people have narrow face, but if you look from the side there face is forward grown

I thought he had an average palate?
They both have average palates to me. And Ana looks like she may have had crowns or some type of dental enhancement to her teeth so can't really evaluate how thin her palate actually is.
