Is it correct if i swallow, by pushing with the posterior third of the tongue? And is it normal that your lower jaw moves a little bit while swallowing too? I've also read that you should get some kind of wave action in your mouth, but i honestly don't feel that.
Normally the posterior tongue pushes up after the swallow is initiated by the tip of the tongue on N spot. The lower jaw should close against the upper so that there is no facial muscles engaging while swallowing.

Huh. I haven't been pushing on the n spot, i guess i'll do that. My lower jaw still moves when i do it for some reason, and i dont know how to stop it.
Interesting, I notice as well that I only feel my posterior tongue push when I swallow. The tip of my tongue is on the palate but it does not exert extra force during the swallow. Is this incorrect?
