One thing i recently noticed about my mid face is that the right side of my face is poorly developed and even though ive been mewing for 10 months this hasnt changed much. my nose also looks super messed up from the right side. I also have a Myobrace that i rarely wear. i wonder what could help the right side of my face to develop properly as i am 20 years old right now. Im also eager to try belt face pulling but mew has said that it can damage the face. Would like some second opinions on this and what can help me achieve a better midface.
Take a look at my older post: /community/community/main-forum/could-the-cyst-in-my-right-sinus-be-the-cause-of-my-facial-assymetry/
Have you checked if you have a cyst in your right sinus?
Mewing for 10 months is a very relative term, as mewing itself has so much complexity and options on how to do it. I am mewing for half a year now and I am still finding myself learning new tricks and expanding the "arsenal" of mewing. So firstly consider that maybe your mew is incomplete somehow, mewing with asymmetry is a very tricky thing to do. Another thing to consider is how you sleep, many people sleep with the tongue in the wrong position, causing them to lose all the days progress over night.

What are your thoughts on using an expander at night and mewing throughout the day? I don't think I'll ever reach a point where I am mewing throughout my sleep.
My personal opinion is that any kind of appliance should be a last resort.
I dont think anyone here is able to exactly mew while sleeping, but just holding your tongue on your palate, without any special force, to prevent any recessions during night time. Try to figure out the cause of your inability, for example what Progress said in a post somewhere is true, the position of your spine directly affects the ability of you holding your tongue and hyoid bone at rest.
Shouldn't i actively hold my hyroid up?
I think the best combination is holding the hyoid bone down and tongue up, that makes the most balance for your body, since they do similar things posture-wise. You can try it for yourself and see how your body reacts (pay attention to the shoulders) to the hyoid bone being up or down, and your tongue being up or back.
I also sleep on my face , i wonder if thats the reason my face is flat on the right side
