Can cranial osteopathy assist in moving the maxilla forward, even slightly?
And for anyone who has used MARPE/MSE or SARPE, did your maxilla come forward as a result of the expansion?

Typically for kids... palatal expansion (which causes a disarticulation of the jaw).. will allow it to move more naturally where it wants (forward is how it usually goes along the maxillary plane). @varbrah had MSE and reported gaining few mm of forward movement in his maxilla.
