Possible Ear Rearrangement

I mentioned in an earlier post that while I'm power mewing, my inner ears hurt quite a bit, I started not so long ago.

The last few days, I've been having a permament symptom on the ears, similar to having high blood pressure or when you change altitude and your ears feel the pressure. I try to equalize my ear pressure like scuba divers do, it goes away but not completely, maybe 75%.

I feel like this is a positive sign as inner stuff might be rearranging but I'm curious to know if you have had any symptoms like this.

Mike mew has talked about how he can actually pulsate his eardrums with the back of his tongue, sometimes getting a "double pop" whatever the hell that means lol. So apparently you are experiencing something normal-ish.

@skull

Thank god I found your post! I´ve started mewing almost a month ago, and for the last couple of days I´ve been feeling the symptoms you described. I was very very worried mewing was affecting negatively my ears and could eventually affect my hearing so Im about to stop doing it. I´d appreciate beyond words if you can tell me your experience, if you had negative consequences or what happened.

Thank you very much, my man.

Yeah that's a thing. If I push upwards with the very back of my tongue, my ears pop.

I know this is super late, but did anyone fix this?
I've started to feel this recently, I've been mewing for some months, and I have an uneven palate so I try to make that up by mewing more on the right side, and a couple of days ago I started to feel more pressure in my right ear, and it goes on and off. I've paused mewing and it got better, so I'm sure they are related, and this is the only place I've heard someone faced this, should I stop? or keep going?
