Wondering if when your maxilla comes up does the rest of the upper face to like forehead?
Probably there is a change but not as much as in the maxilla. You can think of it as other bones making way for the maxilla to adjust position. Dr. Mew alludes to this when he states that using cephalometric x-rays is not a good way to measure change in the face because other landmarks remodel not just the ones in the maxilla.

Depends on the extent the rest of the skull is developed. There are dozens of sutural intersections within the skull. No individual with CFD is going to demonstrate the same combination of unfavourable development than another one. I personally have achieved the greatest changes in occipital area. Distance between ears & top of the head has increased and the curvature of my skull become less pointy.
