I've had 3 teeth extracted. Two on my left side (one on the mandible and one on the maxilla) and one on my right side (only on the maxilla). It appears my left side of my face is more recessed. Does anyone have any advice. Maybe facepulling, expanders, tongue posture, etc?

Although i'am no expert on the topic. I believe that expansion can help increase face symmetry. Prehaps looking into purchasing an palate expander would be a good idea. However, you must first make sure your oral posture is correct otherwise once expansion has occurred, relapse is inevitable.
