Retainer doesn’t fit

It doesn’t fit since I started mewing. My bite feels off can an orthodontist put my bite back so the retainer fits again?

He can make you a new retainer but he's gon charge you for it. It was ur responsi ility to use it lol

Did you mew without it? You should have used it.

You had extractions right?maybe it isn't the mewing, ur teeth might just be tipping back from chewing. Retainers usually are for life and recommended minimum use is 6 months. 

How well are you being able to mew? Some people that lack space actually are unaware and make pressure on the lower arch aswell. 

Idk bout ur specific case but ur nasolabial folds seem prominent, maybe it's just because ur pressuring the soft tissue here but mewing often takes pressure off the TMJ and the mandible jutting forward to a more comfortable position is the first change people see. And that will affect the bite.

Yes I mewd without it and yes I did have extractions and I don’t think I’m mewing properly which is probably why the bottom teeth shifted now I have to see if the teeth can be put back where they were.
